The Chomp Carrot combines pet-safe nylon with natural rubber, which makes it one of the more moderate chews in the Happy Staffy Co range — noticeably softer than the solid Chewzilla nylon toys, and a reasonable step up from a plain rubber toy. The textured carrot shape gives gums something to work against, and it takes a spread well: plain yoghurt, or peanut butter that is confirmed xylitol-free. This is a good middle option if your dog is destructive with soft toys but does not need maximum hardness. Supervise chewing and replace once worn.
